  • Supervise the team of sales & technical support in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Manage the whole sales cycle : analysis of the project specifications, definition of the technical solution, preparation of the commercial offer and securing the order.
  • Offer customer technical support during the whole sales process.

  • Understand market needs through a comprehensive market analysis and identify new potential products for the local market.
  • Proactively seek for customer validation through your own network as well as existing / new sales channels.

  • Identify and seek new projects relevant to Dextra’s product applications. Promote products through detailed arguments mentioning technical specifications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to consultants and contractors involved in targeted projects, collect information about their needs, propose technical solutions and recommendations using Dextra products and highlighting their benefits in the aim to get our products specified and / or selected.
  • Organize follow-up visits and report monthly about your sales activities, the status of the pending projects, the status with our fabricators and your achievements.
  • Prepare sales quotations in line with the company pricing policy and the environment of the project.
  • Update the sales forecast on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that inventories are sufficient and Dextra can offer a competitive lead time.
  • Establish professional relationships with our clients, ensure always a prompt and reliable service in your area of responsibility, contribute to the promotion of our company's reputation and quality in the industry.
  • Upstream identification of regulatory trends to improve the attractiveness of Dextra’s products.
  • Establish and maintain a general lobbying presence within government bodies (Building Department, Highway Department, Housing Authority, MTR, external labs, other key influencers such as university professors).
  • Establish strong ties with engineering and foundation consultants as well as selected architects on project specifications.
  • Participate in technical seminars and exhibitions to promote Dextra products and services to the industry.

  • Participate to monthly champion meetings to update your scope of work.
  • Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant sales experience, and ideally in driving the marketing of infrastructure or mega projects industry in Hong Kong / Macau.
  • Fluent in English and good communication in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Independent, proactive, hard-driving for result forward-looking.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer services skill.
