Our Supply Chain and Administration Department is looking for a committed and self-motivated individual to join its Stores Section.
You will :
Operate a Food & Beverage (F&B) Store / Receiving Counter
Take up daily activities of stores issue, receipt, return and transfer etc
Ensure the updating and correctness of stores record
Monitor the stock level and arrange stock replenishment
Liaise with suppliers and users on all matters relating to supply of stores and prepare stock reports and statistics
Follow up Purchase Orders delivery and assist in keeping track when a supplier cannot deliver
Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures
Assist Stores Supervisor / Head Storekeeper to monitor daily and ad hoc stores operations
You should have :
F.5 standard or above
At least 5 years relevant experience
Hands-on experience in MS applications
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in food hygiene or HACCP knowledge is preferred
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A 1-year temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
