Reporting to the General Manager, HKMO Fragrance & Beauty Products, the Senior Marketing Manager holds a primary role to continuously strengthen brand equity for Fragrance & Beauty Products (FBP) in line with long term business vision and ambitions.
The incumbent is the key driver of a holistic marketing strategy encompassing product, client, media, communication and omni channel and is an influential leader able to navigate the organization to collaborate with different parties.
Devise long term marketing strategy in line with business visions and ambitions of all the three axis.
Lead and supervise Product Marketing Managers to drive and implement product strategies that support global and regional business goals and improve market share.
Supervise forecasting team to ensure a high level of forecast accuracy coherent to product ambitions and secure the right level of stocks to support business objectives.
Be an influential leader within FBP team to ensure Retail, VM and Training teams support marketing strategy and incorporate the marketing objectives in their domain.
Act as the key representative of HKMO FBP Marketing to create synergy with Regional FBP team to create impact on both Hong Kong and APAC markets.
Play a strategic role in developing synergy with Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry with a One House approach.
Set clear directions and lead the CRM Manager in developing and implementing client recruitment and retention strategies.
Strengthen retail marketing strategies to explore opportunities to engage with customers in different platforms : boutiques, podiums in malls and pop up events.
Reinforce retail marketing strength through individual boutique strategies to support the growth of our boutiques.
Collaborate closely with retail team to ensure client strategies and retail marketing actions answer and support retail needs.
Guide the CRM Manager to continuously explore collaboration opportunities with landlords to support individual boutique strategy and to recruit new customers.
Lead the team to implement perfect orchestration of boutique events, podiums in malls and pop up events to enhance client engagement.
Be a catalyst to explore opportunities to enhance omni channel client experience and develop the relevant strategy.
Embrace One House mindset in client strategy development and explore collaboration opportunities with Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
Keep abreast of the evolving media and social media trends to set the right direction in communication strategies.
Be an influential leader and collaborate closely with Communication team to develop media and communication objectives to strengthen brand equity and support business goals.
Define KPI to measure how success in media and communication strategies look like.
Work closely with Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence team to gauge changing customer aspirations to constantly review and refresh communication strategies to ensure we stay relevant to customers and strengthen our brand equity to them accordingly.
Lead, coach and develop the Product Marketing Managers, CRM Manager and Product Forecasting Manager to ensure they develop the right capabilities and skills for their respective role.
Identify the right talent for succession planning. Work closely with ODHR to develop a holistic development plan to grow and retain talents.
Be an influential leader to nurture a collaborative mindset in all managers in marketing team to work closely with Retail, Training and VM teams.
Be a role model and change agent in implementing the leadership behaviors and cultural shifts
