Primary Role Purpose :
The Sales Support role is to collect the tasks associated with coordination of customer inquiries. This position will be responsible for customer information and coordination internally to provide customer with necessary information and support in our services.
This position will work towards specified customer accounts in close cooperation with the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle order processing and order fulfilment
Support Sales Manager for routine sales activities and prepare sales reports
Liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements timely
Act as primary contact person for small and medium sized accounts in assigned region
Work according to company procedures and guidelines
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Handle ad hoc tasks and assist office administration duties required by the management
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
Have minimum a diploma / degree
Preferred with relevant experience within the area of work
Have ambitions to develop skills and qualifications within the area of work
Proficient in English and Chinese communication and written skills.
Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage.
Ability to identify with Inmarsat values
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, social and outgoing
Think outside the box, be proactive and take pride in proactive problem solving
Can cooperate and build good relations to both internal and external customers
Structured, patient and like to socialize
Able to work independently as well as in a team
