Responsibilities :

  • To handle month-end closing at Group level including review of monthly journals, preparation and review of financial analyses, monitoring of business / other matters and drafting commentaries for management review;
  • To prepare consolidation of the Group;
  • To liaise / co-ordinate with external auditors for statutory audit of the Group;
  • To prepare quarterly management meeting materials;
  • To provide technical accounting support to Group and business lines;
  • To provide support on financial review and accounting for Group investments
  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in reputable international CPA firm is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience in sizable organization is preferable
  • University graduate in Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is a MUST
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations in HK / PRC
  • Solid group consolidation experience
  • Experience in M&A / asset management is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Team player, good communication and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiar with computerized systems, preferably Oracle ERP and Qlikview
  • Occasional travel to PRC may be required
