Responsibilities :

  • Handle fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • 處理票價報價 預訂航班並回答一般查詢

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints through hotline and provide appropriate resolutio
  • 通過熱線處理客戶的查詢和投訴 並提供適當的解決方案

  • Provide Professional customer service to members in order to satisfy the customer's needs
  • 為會員提供專業的客戶服務 以滿足客戶的需求

  • Follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly
  • 遵循內部準則和工作流程處理客戶問題

    Requirement :

  • Strong proficiency in speaking and written English and Chinese is a must
  • 操流利廣東話及英語, 良好普通話優先

  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請

  • 1-year experience in call centre or customer service industry is an advantage
  • 具備1年或以上酒店 航空或旅遊等客戶服務經驗者優先

  • Show flexibility and willingness to work on shift
  • 願意輪班工作及接受靈活上班時間

  • Extra incentive for good command of spoken Japanese
  • 能操流利日語有額外津貼

    Package :

  • Salary : $14,000-$17,000 / 薪金 : $ 14,000-$ 17,000
  • Monthly Performance Incentive / 每月表現獎金
  • 5 Days Work Week (On Shift) / 5天工作週 輪班
  • 14 Days Annual Leave / 14天年假
