Our client, a reputable event agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
As the Account Manager, you will :
Produce creative proposals that include concept, strategy, budgeting, production and logistic development.
Plan and execute a wide range of events e.g. product launches, luxury brand events, high profile events, parties, gala dinners, conferences etc.
Manage the logistics, cost and budget of all projects and events.
Liaise with clients, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of all projects and events.
Produce detailed proposals for pre-events and on-site planning.
Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships.
Travel for onsite inspections, oversee setup, dismantling and removal of the event.
Take on other ad-hoc projects as required.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience :
Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing / Communication / Event Management.
At least 4 years’ experience in event management in agency, production house or client side, those with less will be considered as Assistant Account Manager.
Hands on experience with digital activation, and up to date knowledge in the latest trends and technologies used in events.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a strong plus.
Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
Well-organized, presentable, proactive, independent, flexible, attention to details, creative, result-oriented, self-motivated, positive and a good team player.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Willingness to work additional hours and on weekends as required.
