Our client, a reputable event agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

As the Account Manager, you will :

  • Produce creative proposals that include concept, strategy, budgeting, production and logistic development.
  • Plan and execute a wide range of events e.g. product launches, luxury brand events, high profile events, parties, gala dinners, conferences etc.
  • Manage the logistics, cost and budget of all projects and events.
  • Liaise with clients, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of all projects and events.
  • Produce detailed proposals for pre-events and on-site planning.
  • Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Travel for onsite inspections, oversee setup, dismantling and removal of the event.
  • Take on other ad-hoc projects as required.
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience :

  • Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing / Communication / Event Management.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in event management in agency, production house or client side, those with less will be considered as Assistant Account Manager.
  • Hands on experience with digital activation, and up to date knowledge in the latest trends and technologies used in events.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Well-organized, presentable, proactive, independent, flexible, attention to details, creative, result-oriented, self-motivated, positive and a good team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work additional hours and on weekends as required.
