Sales Executive (Hong Kong)

The Sales Executive will drive new accounts and sales within Hong Kong. This role will be pivotal in supporting the expansion of Vita Coco and ensuring the long-term success of the brand.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in the territory
  • Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with local distributors and retailers
  • Call on accounts on an ongoing basis to review in-store priorities, including visiting accounts in person and communicating with direct responsible personnel at grocery stores, beverage outlets and eateries
  • Enhance the business by gaining new points of distribution
  • Educate account's supervisors or managers on proper and effective merchandising, including proper shelf management position, rack and equipment placements and display build out
  • Physically build out both small and large displays using cases of product
  • Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience :

  • At least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional presentation / public speaking and premium selling skills
  • Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Able to formulate successful account strategies and execute against them
  • Able to explore new potential clients and sales networks in the territory
  • Self-motivated and able to interact with people, including co-workers, distributors, retail reps and consumers, in a professional demeanor
  • Willing to travel between many accounts each day
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Able to lift cases of product between 515 kg
  • Possess a valid Hong Kong Driving License
