Job Description

  • To provide helpdesk support of IT systems, including the handling of query / incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems;
  • b)To provide remote support on software configuration and customization to workstation, such as Lotus Notes client installation and administration, anti-virus software setup, office suites support and Windows platforms (Windows 8 and 10) support;
  • c)To perform on-site technical support on hardware / software installation, relocation work of systems (PC, monitors, printers, barcode readers and etc), OS image cloning, software or application programs installation;
  • d)To assist in project rollout such as contractor co-ordination, accessories installation, PC data migration, data erasure activities, on-site standby support and etc;
  • e)To perform daily health-check on the IT systems and Data Centre monitoring and tidy up

  • Job Requirement : Experience in PC with Windows environment;b)Experience in customer support in technical aspect is an advantage

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years full-time working experience in IT field
  • Experience in PC with Windows environment
  • Experience in customer support in technical aspect is an advantage
