Prepare the purchase orders
Monitor suppliers' performance of delivery and quality
Update material related report to the management and planning team
Coordinate with internal parties on purchasing, e.g. production, QA and warehouse, etc.
Work with suppliers proactively to improve the delivery schedule
Perform any special duties / assignment as assigned by the management
Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Purchasing or other related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in purchasing
Familiar with MRP / ERP system is a plus
Proficiency in MS office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Well-organized and energetic
Able to work independently and under pressure
