Your tasks

  • Prepare the purchase orders
  • Monitor suppliers' performance of delivery and quality
  • Update material related report to the management and planning team
  • Coordinate with internal parties on purchasing, e.g. production, QA and warehouse, etc.
  • Work with suppliers proactively to improve the delivery schedule
  • Perform any special duties / assignment as assigned by the management
  • Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Purchasing or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in purchasing
  • Familiar with MRP / ERP system is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Well-organized and energetic
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Work location : Tsing Yi
