Job Responsibilities :

  • Consolidate the weekly AR and civil litigation report
  • Ensure timey invoice mailing to clients
  • Perform routine credit control data maintenance
  • Follow up with related financial documents
  • Support other credit control issue and ad hoc assignment as required by the supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting / Finance / Business / Legal
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in Account Receivable / Debt Collection
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, Chinese and English word processing
  • Experience in travelling industry is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Other details :

  • Working Location : Lai Chi Kok
  • Working Hours : Monday Friday 9am 6pm
  • Salary : up to HKD 20,000
