The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure.

You will be the ISV Field Sales Representative within the Google Cloud Sales team.

You will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes and use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.

You will be responsible for running business efforts targeting ISVs providers, driving business growth for Google and increasing adoption for Google’s services amongst the partners and customers.

You will operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment and effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales teams and Management.

  • Help build the business plan (developed jointly with SaaS partners) for third-party products.
  • Drive partners and customers opportunities as a Field Sales Representative.
  • Deliver on annual bookings, growth, adoption and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics relative to our product portfolio.
  • Create and manage the business plan, forecasting, pipeline, prioritization to achieve strategic business growth goals set by the ISV and Google.
  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction. Act as an advisor to the customer.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Channel Sales Management or Direct Sales Management experience, with experience in enterprise, partner and ISV sales.
  • Experience with the cloud ecosystem. Industry experience of System Integrators (SIs) / Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Experience in SAAS and cloud transformation.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in the technology industry, creating new sales motions to scale best practices.
  • Experience working with and managing complex sales scenarios with multiple parties having different goals.
  • Experience in a Sales or Business Development role with a track record of driving revenue.
  • ISV sales experience, and familiarity with software solution building, go-to-market, valuation and pricing of SaaS products.
