Manager, Sales Training

Reporting to Head of People Development & Sales Effectiveness, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, coordination and evaluation of sales training programs to enhance the overall sales performance.

Main Responsibilities :

Design training curricula for sales teams to ensure that they have the skills to achieve their goals

Produce physical and digital educational materials and job aids to assist salespersons to perform sales and service activities

Conduct gap analysis on individual skills and team performance to identify areas of improvement

Collect feedback from trainees and managers to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

University degree with minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service training, preferably in banking or financial industry, with additional training certification, or possession of sales experience an advantage

Good planning and coaching skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle

Knowledge of Instructional Design of Competency Based program

Able to work independently and under pressure

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
