Lead digital customer onboarding products design, customer journey and system workflow

  • Plan and execute pilots and proof of concept on innovative customer onboarding flow and new initiatives
  • Involve in digital related enhancements and be the champion of small to medium scale projects & initiatives
  • Support day to day project activities, be the lead to transform and automat the BAU processes
  • Assist on reporting, demonstration and presentation for team
  • Assist on market analysis, gather market intel and information, capabilities and customer digital usage
  • On-going liaison with internal teams to monitor, maintain and ensure the service quality and system stability of launched products and services
  • Lead and coordinate incident management and communication to impacted customers

  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor Degree or higher qualification
  • 5 years or above working experience in the digital related organization
  • Self-driven individual with strong problem solving and execution skills
  • Team player ability to work with colleagues from various internal departments
  • Collaborative and "can do" attitude
