An opportunity has arisen to join the agency's Hong Kong office as Performance Marketing Manager, or Director. In this role you will be managing a small team to deliver best-
in-class performance campaigns for clients, providing them with strategic feedback and advise along the way. You will be managing large budgets and campaigns across several markets and search engines.
You will collaborate with your counterparts in the agency's other offices in Asia and Europe, with a view to identifying local / regional opportunities potentially relevant to the client and ultimately incorporating these in your campaign strategies.
The successful candidate will have 4-10 years' experience in paid search marketing, ideally coming from an agency environment.
Less experienced candidates will be considered for a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst role.
You must be a strong team player and have demonstrated potential to become a good team leader. It is a bonus if you've worked with retail / luxury or hospitality clients, but this is not mandatory.
You'll be working in a very international environment so you must speak great English, while Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency will be a bonus.
