We are currently looking for a Associate to join us. In this role, you will be required to be acute attention to detail, and an analytical approach to your work as well as a collaborative attitude.

This role reports to Head of Performance.

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In three months :

  • Become familiar with all relevant media and finance systems, and the team processes
  • Provided support to the team as well as build knowledge of the media landscape
  • Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the client and agency organizations
  • In six months :

  • Started to build an understanding of the Original Thinking Framework and how it is applied to the team’s processes and output
  • Experience in practice of the Mindshare media tools
  • Master client reporting and tracking of booked media
  • In 12 months :

  • Confidence and precision in updating media schedules
  • An understanding of how to construct a media campaign
  • Be the person whom the client goes to for day- to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges
  • What your day job looks like at Mindshare :

  • Contribute to overall client service requirement and assist in media plan execution
  • involves in the media planning process from start to finish planning to buying to understanding and analyzing the results
  • Assist and support the team on requests
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn and contribute to a team, and to help support a fast-paced team
  • Excellent spoken English and Chinese, strong communication skills
  • Willingness to be hands-on and a team player
  • with 1.5 2 years’ experience working in media agency
