HR and Recruiting Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Define hiring strategy for Hong Kong and grow candidates pipeline
  • Proactively provide guidance to increase talent attraction and hiring process efficiency
  • Manage recruitment process and relationships with local schools and recruiting agencies
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding, probationary reviews, employee evaluations and termination processes
  • Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters (e.g. visa, background screenings, client onboarding, MPF)
  • Prepare statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals
  • Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed
  • Lead and collaborate to regional and global HR initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of related working experience in Recruitment and Human Resource administration
  • Relevant experience with local profiles in Management Consulting / Financial Services / Private Banking / Insurance
  • Exposure to Tech profiles will be a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally
