As a member of our Investment Management Asia Pacific team you will support the regional business development in the following key areas : Marketing & Business Development
Develop meaningful sales and after-sales presentations for our discretionary mandates such as pitch books, portfolio reviews, and investment strategy reports
Partner with our global team to improve centrally produced collaterals by providing our Asia specific requirements
Provide effective linkages and coordination between Portfolio Managers and Product Specialists with the aim of delivering timely and meaningful content
Support our Portfolio Managers in Institutional RFPs as well as high-end customized proposals for our Ultra-high Net Worth clients
Provide effective quality control and oversight around customized client collaterals, with a view to elevating and promoting more consistent elite brand image for these solutions
Improve platform efficiency and effectiveness in our sales channels e.g. infrastructure improvements, intranet etc
Support and organize business development events (sales meetings, teach-in sessions, client roundtables)
Product Lifecycle Management
Identify sales opportunities and front office needs, cross-sell ideas, introduce new concepts, use Global capabilities
Partner effectively with internal partners to define focus offering, giving due consideration to current market conditions, and watch proper execution of sales strategies
Support new product launches from the design to the implementation phase
Support regular reviews of our product shelf with the aim of having a relevant focus offering
You have a Degree with Major in Business Administration, Economics or Finance. CFA is helpful.
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a marketing / business development role, preferably in an asset management context.
You have strong ability to visualize and effectively present investment product related content with high attention to details.
You have keen interest in global financial markets and our main asset classes : equities, fixed income, alternative investments.
You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Your experience with Bloomberg and basic web publishing is an advantage.
You possess strong will to challenge existing business processes and develop the business.
You are a dedicated team-player who feels comfortable working across various departments, regions and divisions.
