We are looking for a passionate Senior Officer, eCommerce Platform and Operation to join our team.
What you will be doing
Assist in carrying out training programs and training needs assessment to new on-board merchants
Assist in maintaining and updating all training materials in line with the latest system development
Assist in setting up and updating platform SOPs, cascade down the info to different teams
Identify individual and team skills gaps
Work closely with different teams to effective planning, quality assurance and execution of features across platforms.
Perform User Acceptance Testing, raise defects if any and follow up with IT team on resolution
Prepare monthly report and other analytical sales reports
Handle ad-hoc project if necessary
Who you are
Bachelor in any related disciplines
3 - 5 years of working experience
Experience with Magento & e-commerce industry is a plus
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
Be able to multitask, plan ahead of time, and manage time effectively
Logical thinking with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Professional in spoken and written English and Cantonese
Advanced in Microsoft Office
