As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients in the reinsurance / insurance industry, working with experienced Partners and Directors
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients in the reinsurance / insurance industry
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to develop relevant service propositions such as Customer Experience, CRM, Data, Digital, Operations Transformation to Workforce of the Future to solve complex business, technical and people challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver business transformation projects by building the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
  • Raise profile within the market by participating in market events and contribution to thought leadership
  • Candidates who demonstrate extensiveexperience will be considered for Associate Director.
