Job Description :

Our Client, one of the leading commercial banking group in Hong Kong is now looking for Customer ServiceOfficer who are eager to develop in banking industry.

Responsibilities :

Handle enquiries and complaints through inbound calls

Provide insurance information and respond to customer needs

Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for improvement

Comply with company's policies and available procedures / guidelines

Requirements :

Minimum1year™sCS experience preferably in banking / telecom industry

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

IIQE Holder is a must

More experience will be considered as a senior role

Salary :

$16-24K (Depends on experience)

Remuneration : Discretionary Bonus
