Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming call enquiries from customer and resolve customer complaints through internet
  • Provide support in administrative work
  • Requirements :

  • Completion of Form 5 or above
  • Experience in customer service is a must
  • Experience in contact center is preferred
  • Good communication and customer handling skills, aggressive and hardworking
  • Computer knowledge is need
  • Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
