We are looking for seasoned Sales with strong business acumen to drive the group's expansion.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and reach out to institutional / high-net-worth client leads;
  • Define target market segments, locate and reach target markets of early adopters to establish valuable business relationships
  • Research on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space;
  • Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk;
  • Draft and negotiate with client on partnership documents and agreements;
  • Maintain ongoing relationship with institutional / high-net-worth clients, keep track of client feedback and recommend product improvements
  • Requirements :

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Financial Institutions / Channel Sales or related fields;
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners (preferably managing OTC trading for institutions);
  • Crypto / Blockchain related experience and exposure is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
