Have substantial market knowledge of the logistics market industry.Have solid experience on the Customer Service and work in the Sales Team.
Work together with the team to take care of the Key Customer, in order to achieve better service level and develop more business opportunity on the potential accounts.
Offering various types of Quotation on Freight Logistics by Air, Sea, Trucking, Sea / Air and Logistics warehousing service.
Dealing with customers’ calls and emails enquires.Co-ordinating Bookings with Customers and Internal Department.Maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and co-
operating with colleagues in Overseas office and Agents.Tracing for the cargo status, including damage report and POD information.
Supporting clients with a series of operational service by planning the schedules on both Air & Ocean shipment.Preparing the regular report to the Key Accounts in order to offer the better service to customer and it is well monitoring for the shipment status.
Assisting the Customer Service & Indoor Sales Team to co-ordinate both internal & external customers by aims to offer the best service level & business prospect.
RequirementsForm 5 or above2-3 years’ solid sales support experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry.Detail-minded, proactive team player, possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracyShould be well versed in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in all modes of transportProficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
