Develop strong relationship between other business groups, including Retail Banking Wealth Management, Commercial Bank, Global Banking and Global Private Banking in Asia Pacific Region to drive intragroup business development and collaboration strategy
Acquire Net New Money for Private Banking as a result of referrals from other customer groups
Become subject matter expert and central point of contact for Relationship Managers in other business groups for Private Bank services, and for Relationship Managers in Private Banking in relation to collaboration with other customer groups
Handle enquiries from Private Banking colleagues and customer groups
Provide administrative support to the team
Coordinate and contribute jointly with Relationship Managers on both Private Banking and other business groups with focus on Retail Banking Wealth Management to ongoing dialogue with clients in order to deepen client relationship, and to identify solutions for the clients and opportunities for revenue growth for HSBC
Work closely with collaboration teams and customer groups to achieve goals set by the Group
Ensure retained business meets Global Private Banking segmentation and target market requirements
University graduate with solid industry experience, and additional professional qualifications in Finance or Investment discipline will be a plus
Good knowledge of HSBC Private Banking and Private Wealth Solution proposition
Skilled at managing internal relationships across business lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to confidently and effectively present ideas internally and externally
Demonstrate courageous integrity and ability to challenge existing and new practices
Exhibit HSBC values by being dependable, open, and connected, and by doing the right things for the customers
Team player with good stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and lead the business development team
