Role & Responsibilities :
Achieve strategic objectives per customer i.e. Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Trade Spend.
Build long-term partnership with the customer.
Lead execution of promotional strategy & sales initiatives of the customer to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation).
Monitor and provide analysis on the channel dynamics as the source of new shoppers insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer.
Ensure sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed in-store excellently.
Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and the customer trading terms.
Implement and manage of the category strategy per customer.
Support for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
Continuously improve account management by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in customer management.
Qualification & Skills :
Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
Experience with a multinational FMCG company of at least 4 years with proven sales track record
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
Leadership and interpersonal capability in building strong working relationships with customers & internal teams
Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
Good command in MS Office applications
