Job Description

We are recruiting customer service representatives to be based in Dundalk. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours variable Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am to 5 : 30pm.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service, assisting customers with queries and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for upselling and processing sales for new customers. You will be required to meet daily and weekly KPIs and targets.

Core duties :

  • Inbound and outbound customer service-related calls
  • Supporting customers via email, live chat and social media
  • Dealing with queries such as top up, meter queries, app queries, usage queries and registering new customers
  • Making sales to new customers and upselling products to existing customers
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Delivering on your weekly and monthly KPIs as outlined by your manager
  • Person specification :

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, where resilience and strong communication skills are required
  • Empathetic in approach with the ability to understand customer needs
  • Pro-active and strategic in approach, recognises and considers the bigger picture
  • Customer orientation with the ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrable experience of ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and compliant customer interactions desirable
  • Professional and amicable phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills and highly organised
