Role Purpose :
As Head of Cyber Security Operations , you will leading Group IT Security with activities related to Global Cyber Security Operations under Cyber Detection & Response Team.
A typical day in this Role :
Strategy Planning & Project Management :
Define and execute the SOC operations strategy and projects, by using SIEM, EDR, NDR, CTI for security monitoring plus leading Incident Response against emerging cyber threats.
Stakeholder Management :
Ensure SOC execution plan has been throughly communicated
Incident and Escalation Management :
Where appropriate working with the global SOC in the incident investigations. Operations Team on incident management and remediation.
People Development :
Develop and enhance capabilities of SOC team; Regularly review the operation performance and resolve the gaps.
Performance Management :
Develop the Security Visibility and KPI dashboard, to ensure the Security posture of business units are properly measured, monitored and managed.
