Roles and Responsibilities :
Able to coordinate system projects independently
Collects user requirements and provide professional input for system improvement and co-ordinate user testing with end-users and IT
Regular review on business processes to seek for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare System User Guide and provide system training
Prepare the management and operations reports to internal users.
Prepare the statistic reports to management and statutory reports for supervisor before submitting to regulators.
Understand and review the new / revised statutory guidelines and regulations.
Provide suggestions on improvement of operational and system solutions and on-going system support to users
Job Requirements :
University / College graduate with major in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
Preferably with 5-7 years working experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks, able to communicate with IT professionals
Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL statement
