Job Purpose :
The incumbent is to provide the general administrative support to the division.
Key Role and Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support to the division, including scheduling, receiving and forwarding correspondences, office supplies and equipment maintenance
Support the staff on-boarding and off-boarding procedure, records maintenanc and vendors management
Assist in project status collection and keeping; project documents keeping and tracking; maintain project folders and folder access right
Coordinate meetings including schedule and manage meeting invites and meeting rooms management
Handle office expense reimbursement, event coordination, and other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements :
Associate Degree / Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years of experiences in administration support (Prior working in banking or financial industries is a definite advantage.)
Good manner, interpersonal skill and well-organized
Good in MS office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Good command in Chinese and English, both in written and spoken
