Job Description

1. Sales and purchase order management and operation for all BU

  • Communication with sales and customers in order to fulfill sales delivery requirement;
  • 2. Coordination on procurement plan with suppliers and managing supplier delivery performance;
  • 3. Cooperate with MKR to support the implementation of regional sales strategy as well as to new product launch project;
  • 4. Work with COR and SOP to deal with the accounting and financial issues

  • Communication with GS team of warehouse, transportation and import & export to enhance logistics operation efficiency;
  • 5. Inventory management including stock accuracy, DIO target fulfillment and inventory value control;
  • 6. Logistics operation optimization to control logistics cost


  • Bachelor degree,1 or 2 years of logistics related working experience is preferred;
  • Knowledge for SAP ERP system and Risk based thinking is preferred;
  • Knowledge of supply chain and Cost saving mindset;
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft office;
  • Ability to conduct logical data analysis;
  • Good documentation and presentation skills;
  • English and Cantonese is workable.
