Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the department on daily operations
  • Consolidate and prepare relevant reports for management’s review
  • Maintain proper and accurate records in the system
  • Coordinate meeting and activities for the department
  • Perform clerical tasks and any other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above
  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of people
  • Attention to details with high degree of accuracy
  • Meticulous, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
