Regional HR Operation Lead - Asset Management

  • Improve and automate all day-to-day service processes across all Asian countries
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook, employment contracts and manuals on a regular basis
  • Maintain and update HR Ops processes and guidelines and ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements
  • Support internal and external audit requests ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed
  • In charge of all operation processes related to benefits, payroll, support for relocation provider to ensure respective tax treatment of employees and other contractual obligations are met
  • Lead a team of 2 HR Generalists
  • Work closely with Head of HR Operations, Country Leads and HRBPs on shared initiatives as applicable
  • Requirement

  • University degree holder
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Experience in working in an MNC, preferrably in the Financial Sector
  • Good understanding of operational HR processes and able to identify areas to improve on
  • Solid understanding on HR IT tools and people service delivery strategies
  • Experience in working with SAP HCM would be a plus
  • Deep knowledge of employment rules and regulations of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan are a must
  • Good understanding in other countries like China and Indonesia are a plus
  • Ability to work to time constraints
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin language are a must
