Support the Marketing Manager, eCommerce to grow eCommerce brand and business overall.
Thorough understanding of business KPIs. Support commercial teams with relevant O2O marketing initiatives to help achieve commercial goals.
Execute various marketing programmes such as brand advertising, through the line marketing campaigns, instore promotions through to social engagement & CRM communications.
Creative management. Collaborate with agencies on digital and traditional marketing material.
Manage ad hoc promotions and requests with efficiency
Work with digital product team to drive excellence for the eCommerce platform
The Role
A recognised degree in business, marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in marketing / marketing partnerships, with a strong track record of digital marketing and eCommerce business.
Excellent knowledge of the grocery, food, lifestyle and e-commerce industry
Excellent negotiation & reporting skills
Experienced in working with agencies to drive quality deliverables and comfortable working in a multi-workflow environment
Commercial focus, results oriented and an outstanding relationship builder
Sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
