Objectives

Through the one-year training program, Cook Apprentices will be equipped with all-round cooking skills and comprehensive technical knowledge.

The program is a crucial succession program of the Production Department that ensures the company's capabilities to provide world-class cuisines continuously

Upon completion of the training programme, Cook Apprentices should be able to :

  • Understand the roles, functions, workflows and procedures of various sections of PRO
  • Perform the roles and responsibilities of a chef
  • Training

  • On-the-job attachment in PRO
  • Classroom training
  • External training in professional institutes
  • Exposure opportunities in various international cuisine initiatives such as HOFEX
