Who we're looking for
Our client is a global insurance firm. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to an insurance role and our client is looking for Financial Reporting candidate to support their year-end project initiatives.
Please note this is a 12 month contract role.
What you will be doing
Provide support to year end closing
Gather and analyse financial statements including income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet for management review and business decisions
Advising the leadership on the financial matters such as accounting standards and tax implications.
Review and adjust financial reports, general ledger, bank reconciliation and transactions records
Responsible for preparation of the consolidated reports and provide analytical support to management
Performing other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor
Who you are
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines are preferable
1 2 years relevant experience, experience in insurance or financial industry is an advantage
Student / member of recognized accounting body is a plus
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Able to work under pressure, handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Team player, self-motivated, and attention to details and accuracy
Fresh graduates are welcome
