  • Job Description

  • Lead the Call Centre to provide quality phone banking services to retail customers
  • Drive business initiatives to achieve pre-assigned business targets
  • Handle customer enquiries and support marketing campaigns
  • Plan and achieve the pre-set service level through effective resource planning and performance monitoring
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities for different banking products
  • Ensure the compliance of company policies and guidelines
  • Drive various business projects and strategies to achieve management goals
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in retail business
  • Good knowledge in other retail banking products a plus
  • A team player with excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
