POSITION SUMMARY :
Partnering with all key stakeholders associated with the Tommy Hilfiger integration in the Hong Kong+ markets, this person will be overall project orchestrator and coordinator to track and report progress, escalate to the senior management team as necessary, and leverage a variety of internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery of the integration objectives.

DECISION MAKING : Strategic direction support for Hong Kong+ leadership and functional heads. Can identify areas of improvement / opportunity for the project participants to address and make recommendations for solutions.
Use of appropriate judgment to escalate issues and raise awareness to key stakeholders.
INFLUENCING ABILITY : Strong inter-personal skills and able to influence effectively key stakeholders at every level in the organization, through clear communication, evidence- and fact-based analyses, and regular follow-up as needed.
RESOURCEFULNESS / CREATIVITY : Comfortable with all levels and cultures / relationship builder. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

ENVIRONMENT : Regional office environment, fast-paced, deadline oriented. Flexible hours are required to attend and manage meetings with international project team members before / after normal working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : At least 2 years’ experience with PVH, at Manager or Project Manager level.
Education : University graduate or equivalent in applicable discipline
