In this role, you will be the local expert in delivering C&B services and projects. You will also be tasked to establish a competitive and effective C&B structure and system.
Your Skills and Experiences
To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated abilities in managing compensation and benefits.
You should possess excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
Knowledge of C&B tools as well as local labor laws are mandatory for this role.
