  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling incoming phone calls and greeting incoming clients
  • Provide administrative support to the management team in the organization. The role includes following tasks :
  • Managing calendar and travel arrangements
  • Setting up meetings
  • Arranging meetings and travels
  • Filing expenses using in-house online system
  • Filing soft & hard documents
  • Data maintenance
  • Any other secretarial assistance on a request basis
  • Job Requirements :

  • Dipolma holder with minimum of 2 years experience of high quality front desk administrative support to foreign management in Mandarin & English under the fast-pace environment
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skill
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication / prioritization / organizational skills, multi-tasking, result oriented, team work spirit, professionalism and ability to pay attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese language skills
  • Immediately available
  • Smart and patient
  • Pref candidate have previous front desk exp in hotel
