International Talent Development who we are : The Talent Develop Team play a strategically important role in the growth of Ant Financial Group’s International business unit.

The team provide a global Talent Development portfolio to Ant Int’ l colleagues who are located outside of Mainland China.

Our aim To provide Ant Int’l overseas employees with talent development opportunities(and support) by partnering with HRG’s to identify, prioritize, create and deliver anemployee growth strategy that creates organization capability and aids the retention of our talent.

complements and supports the existing talent and organization development activities3. meets the expectations and demands of Ant International employees based outside of Mainland China.

This is a hands-on role that requires the Talent Development Manager to drive, motivate, design, deliver and evaluate TD activities across all aspects of the business.

The role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction and priorities for employee and organisation development in APAC and SEA regions.

Additionally the role will lead and deliver global projects aligned to the strategic priorities of the Int’l TD team. This is a senior role which will provide support, development alguidance and mentoring to TD teammates and colleagues in the wider HR team.

1. Build and maintain effective and collaborative relation ships with all HRG’s, senior leaders, department heads and managers.

2. Organise and lead comprehensive needs analysis exercises to shape and inform the TD team strategic priorities( regional and global).

3. Design and , where necessary source development solutions, inline with global and regional TD plans.4. Design, create and deliver management development, team development and soft skills training programmes (face to face,on-line&digital).

5. Enhance and improve our on boarding programme to ensure our new starters are on boarded effectively and reach productivity as quickly as possible.

6. Work with HR to drive engagement and participation in all our internal programmes.7. Consult with and support managers and employees with career development planning, providing on going training, guidance and one-to-one coaching.

8. Collaborate and support HR with the design and roll out of the Int’l talent strategy to increase retention of key roles and to create a pipeline of future talent for the overseas business.

9. Evaluate all local L&D programmes and interventions, demon strating ROI and continual improvement.10. Support and promote the Ant Group culture for all Int’l employees.
