We are looking for an energetic Community Associate to support the front-of-house operations of Qurio’s flagship Learning Centre.

You will have the opportunity to utilise your customer service and community building skills to develop and nurture Qurio’s community.


  • Serve as the brand ambassador in delivering and facilitating outstanding service to Qurio’s customers.
  • Attend to and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee and manage the daily learning centre operations as needed.
  • Plan and manage Qurio's Social Club activities calendar.
  • Execute and facilitate community initiatives designed to develop student relationship and learning.
  • Prepare and arrange learning materials required for Qurio's Social Club activities.
  • Input and maintain accurate data across various systems and platforms.
  • Analyse and report on customer suggestions with creative ideas to enhance the student experience.
  • Take full ownership of the management and orderliness of front-of-house area and activities.

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Highly-motivated self-starter, resourceful, and can work independently as well as in teams
  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results
  • Ability to adapt to challenges while maintaining a positive attitude and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and comprehension skills with extraordinary negotiation skills
  • Highly relational with the ability to connect with people and develop relationships quickly
  • Perform well in a team environment, well-respected and trusted
  • Highly organized and possesses great attention to detail
  • Possess a hands-on and can do attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership
  • Flexible with work schedule and hours that are based on business needs
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and work ethics
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Passion and love for children and education
