Hong KongPermanentRequirements : University or colleague graduated Experience in an international enterprise serving in customer service Min 3 years working experience Fluent in both spoken and written English (CET6 or equivalent level) & Chinese, Mandarin preferable Well versed in MS office ERP experience, SAP knowledge beneficial Diligent and independent approach Excellent skills in problem solving, excellent organizational skills and excellent teamwork skills Responsibilities : Execution of customer orders (machines, spare parts and consumables) Create offers and invoices in SAP Following general guidelines such as pricing for spare parts or authorization rules Sales order processing, clarifications and co-

ordination for spare parts, consumables and machinery Solve orders technically with support from service department, project management and factory Handle domestic and foreign customer inquiries possibly in foreign language (English) Calculate selling prices Establish and clarify complex inquiries, free delivery and picking list for spare parts and consumables Execution of orders under consideration of capacity, desired customer deadline and product availability in close customer contact Higher Diploma / Diploma
