Missions and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for customer enquiries, complaints and sales order
  • Resolve customers' enquiries with positive attitude
  • Handle daily order processing documents
  • Competencies and Profile

  • Experience in customer service / call centre is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese & English
