Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-

custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Custody Static Data Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible to oversee the business and operational aspects of Custody Business Changes, and be a primary liaison between the user community and the technical groups for the purposes of a specific Business Change
  • Take a lead role in all non technical phases of a Business Change for which he or she is responsible and to ensure that business requirements are defined, validated and met
  • To ensure accurate problem analysis, comprehensive reviews of solutions including the leveraging of current systems and effective liaison with technical staff, management and vendors.
  • Depending upon the department resources, be called upon to perform the User Acceptance Testing or production verification test to ensure the delivery of system enhancements meeting user requirements and quality standards.
  • The role must be able to operate effectively both in a team and as an individual contributor. The position requires a solid understanding of the business functions being supported and the interrelationships of the associated Bank departments, applications and process flows.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Developed operational management skills and strong organizations skills
  • Experience in Change, Process Review or Operations Management
  • Knowledge and understanding on Custody Industry is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of information technology
  • Good change management skills, systems evaluation and implementation skills
  • The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
