Reporting to Director, Organizational and Talent Development for Head Office based in HK, we are seeking an inspiring individual to support the learning and development function.

  • Work at the corporate office based in Hong Kong including pre-opening planning of three new hotels (London, Istanbul and Yangon)
  • Learn, implement and support the wider HSH L&D function

  • Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of new internal and external learning programmes and framework
  • Design, curate and optimise the usage of content of the Learning Management System to make it more engaging and efficient for employees’ usage
  • Execute perfect opening of new properties, create robust L&D programme and sustainable plan
  • Spearhead and coach the L&D leads in their respective operations in training and initiative in standards excellence
  • Lead the Master Trainer Team
  • General requirements

  • Hold relevant business, training, hospitality qualifications
  • Tangible hands on training experience in a hotel environment
  • Demonstrated success and experience in building and delivering learning solutions, including facilitation skills and instructor led programmes
  • Ability to speak English fluently (Cantonese or Mandarin would be highly desirable)
