Reporting to Director, Organizational and Talent Development for Head Office based in HK, we are seeking an inspiring individual to support the learning and development function.
Work at the corporate office based in Hong Kong including pre-opening planning of three new hotels (London, Istanbul and Yangon)
Learn, implement and support the wider HSH L&D function

Lead the design, development and implementation of new internal and external learning programmes and framework
Design, curate and optimise the usage of content of the Learning Management System to make it more engaging and efficient for employeesâ€™ usage
Execute perfect opening of new properties, create robust L&D programme and sustainable plan
Spearhead and coach the L&D leads in their respective operations in training and initiative in standards excellence
Lead the Master Trainer Team
Hold relevant business, training, hospitality qualifications
Tangible hands on training experience in a hotel environment
Demonstrated success and experience in building and delivering learning solutions, including facilitation skills and instructor led programmes
Ability to speak English fluently (Cantonese or Mandarin would be highly desirable)
