  • Bachelor Degree Holder or above;
  • At least 2 years related experience on serving management is highly preferred;
  • 3-5 years working experience within legal industry

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese included Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong sense of team player & responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication and coordination skills;
  • Proactive, flexible, meticulous, detail-oriented and well organized;
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
  • Travel if needed;
  • Job Duties :

    Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Top Management level

    Process various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials

    Handle daily schedules by coordinating calendar events such as arranging meetings and appointments

  • Manage and arrange travel schedule, itineraries and accommodations;
  • Undertake special or ad-hoc assignments and related duties when needed

    Liaising and coordinating with all internal and external parties
