Job Description :
Work closely with project manager, business users and development team to implement the digital solutions
Lead business requirement gathering activities, design and create functional requirement, RTM, process flow and data mapping documentations
Responsible to support the testing strategy, ensure SIT and UAT plan have good coverage to the requirements, need to perform hands on testing when necessary
Bridge the gap between development teams and business users, ensure users to understand the system behaviors and also support developers to understand the requirements and defects
Play a lead role in enhancement lead role, manage the system release plan and agree with the business users and delivery plan.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Technology / Business Computing or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of business system analysis experience in financial industry
Experience in digitalize the Life insurance sales process and new product development
Good understanding of the local regulatory requirements, electronic application , straight through process and underwriting rules
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Demonstrates strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills
Experience in offshore vendor management and project management, able to manage multiple tasks
