The Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program team is looking for an individual for the position of Program Assistant at the rank of Clerk II.
The appointee will render administrative support to the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program team. His / Her duties include collating course materials, managing database, preparing mailings, handling enquiries, managing classroom facilities and performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have at least 5 passes including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A or level 2 if results were obtained from 2007 onwards) in the HKCEE, OR 5 subjects, including English Language, attaining level 2 or above (or equivalent) in the HKDSE, preferably with working experience with senior executives.
Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge in MS Office. They should be fluent in Cantonese.
A good command of written and spoken English, and the ability to perform multi-tasks are preferred. Working outside normal office hours and during weekends will be required.
Duration : 1-2 years, renewable)
