Acting as a digital marketing and ecommerce person in charge, as well as professional CRM expert, Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for set up and development of Ecommerce platform and manage social media.
He / She will also lead, manage and execute HK CRM strategies, analytics and business process, thus enabling HK team to meet the local CRM KPIs.
Implement effective brand building and marketing programs by proactively working on digital advertising / communication, media plan, brand website, digital, social media and other channels.
Develop, plan and formulate strategies for The North Face Ecommerce platform for HK market
Initiate and executive digital customer engagement programs to tie-in with CRM roadmaps
Develop, plan and execute mechanics and work with retail team and third parties to support CRM programs, ranging from development, set up and launch program and on-
going review to maximize efficiency & effectiveness.
Manage the CRM system and run BI report for regular analysis and assist in defining the data strategy that supports the overall CRM database marketing requirements and develop a data road map which collects & delivers customer’s data that provides insights / knowledge, help the business to develop better plans based on the learning from customer’s data.
Allocate, control and review Ecommerce and CRM expenses within the given budget and ensure effective and efficient use.
